Hotel Leone - Medjugorje

Spacious quadruple room with great cleanliness. The breakfast selection could be improved.

The location was perfect almost in city center and the staff here was friendly and helpful. Our quadruple room was brand-new and modern with exceptionally comfortable beds. The services were excellent, offered us excellent free Wi-Fi.

What an absolutely perfect location in the centre of Medjugorge! Also - really close to the major downtown sites, and Medzugorje church.

perfect spot for walking to all medjugorje's landmarks

during my stay, I loved being just a few steps from the Queen of Peace Shrine and the beautiful Vrt Svetog Franje, making it easy to explore all the very nice sights Medjugorje has to offer.

The hotel was modern and nicely designed, liked city view from our triple room. Stayed for 9 nights, the staff was professional during all this time. The food was good with a lot of choice! The location of the venue was nice and peaceful - relatively close to Saint James Church. We had an absolutely amazing trip here and would be happy to recommend.

The family-friendly room configurations were spacious and accommodating.

The bathroom floor in the shower was slippery when wet, leading to a potentially dangerous situation. I found that the breakfast lacked variety and freshness, leaving a lot to be desired for a hotel of this caliber. Most disappointingly, the service did not meet the expectations I had for a four-star hotel.

On one occasion, we experienced a shortage of hot water in the morning due to a large group using it simultaneously.

Really good service made our stay good

The cute smile from the staff, especially Zlatko and Maria, set a warm tone for our stay. The breakfast spread was quite satisfying with a lovely mix of hot and cold items, and our room was consistently super tidy. The location was perfect, just steps away from the church and local shops. When we extended our stay, it was met with kindness and flexibility.

One minor issue was the inconsistency of the internet connection, challenging at times to stay connected. The selection of English-language TV channels was quite limited. While these didn't significantly impact our overall enjoyment, they are aspects that could use improvement.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great setup for my family, which made our stay super comfy. We loved chilling in the lounge area and enjoyed the game room when we weren't exploring. A small downside was that the breakfast could use a bit more variety, but it didn't take away from our awesome experience. 😊

Strongly recommend for a brief visit

Clean, comfortable room, good staff, including the friendly receptionist Vesna who provided great information, and a fantastic location within walking distance to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Couldn't fault.

The room was cozy with comfy beds, and we really enjoyed the fresh towels every day. Our kids had a blast in the game room and chilling in the lounge area. The only small issue was the internet, which wasn't super reliable but didn't ruin our fun 😊

The linens smelled fresh and the daily housekeeping was perfect. The hotel is in a prime spot, just a short stroll to the church and local eateries.
